1. Controller

The controller of personal data processed in Mneeemo is 239 Ventures (https://239ventures.com). Privacy questions can be sent through the 239 Ventures website.

2. Data we collect

We collect only what is needed to provide the service:

• Account data, such as email and profile information you provide.
• Content you save in Mneeemo, such as links, notes, folders, and tags.
• Data needed for authentication and session maintenance.
• Payment data handled by an external payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.
• Basic technical usage and security data, as needed to operate and protect the service.
• Aggregated production website usage data, such as pages visited, interface interactions, and technical device and browser information, through analytics tools.

3. Browser extension

The extension sends information about the active page to Mneeemo only when you choose to save a link. It is not used to read browsing history, passwords, or form contents.

4. How we use data

We use data to authenticate your account, provide link organization, process subscriptions, send essential account messages, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations. Assisted organization features may process library content only to generate service-related suggestions. On the production website, we use analytics tools to understand site usage and improve the product.

5. Legal bases

We process data to perform the service contract, based on legitimate interests (security and operations), and, where applicable, consent.

6. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share data with service providers that help us operate Mneeemo — for example hosting, infrastructure, email, payments, abuse prevention, analytics (Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics), and auxiliary processing — only as needed for those purposes and under appropriate confidentiality obligations.

7. Sharing you create

If you create a share link, anyone with access to that link may view the shared content according to the options you choose.

8. Retention and deletion

We keep data while your account exists and as needed for legal obligations. You can export your links and, after any active subscription ends, delete your account in settings. Content moved to trash is removed after a limited period.

9. Your rights

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data, including through features available in Mneeemo, and exercise other rights under applicable law by contacting us.

10. Website usage measurement

On the production Mneeemo website, we use measurement tools to understand how the site is used and improve the product. They are not loaded in development or test environments.

We use Microsoft Clarity for heatmaps, session recordings, and analysis of interactions with the site interface. We use Google Analytics for aggregated visit and navigation metrics.

These tools may use cookies and technical identifiers. We do not intentionally send your library content — such as saved links, titles, notes, folders, or searches — to Clarity or Google Analytics.

11. Security and cookies

We use reasonable security measures to protect the service. We use cookies and local storage essential for authentication and basic preferences. On the production website, we also use analytics cookies from Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

12. Transfers and changes

Providers may process data in other countries, with safeguards compatible with applicable law. We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the current version.
