These Terms of Use govern access to and use of Mneeemo, a product of 239 Ventures (https://239ventures.com). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
Mneeemo is a service for saving, organizing, searching, and sharing links, available through the website, app, and browser extension. We may change features and limits to maintain and improve the product.
2. Account
You must provide accurate information and keep control of access to your account. Activity on the account is your responsibility.
3. Plans and payment
Mneeemo may offer trial periods and paid plans. Prices and terms are shown at purchase. Payments are processed by an external provider. Unless otherwise stated and without prejudice to consumer rights, paid amounts are non-refundable. You may cancel renewal using the options available in your account.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use the service lawfully, without attempting unauthorized access to systems or data, without compromising Mneeemo’s security or availability, and without redistributing the product without permission.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of content you save. You grant 239 Ventures a limited license to host and process that content solely to provide the service, including organization features and shares you create. You represent that you have the right to submit the content.
6. Privacy
Personal data processing is governed by Mneeemo’s Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual property
Mneeemo, the brand, and product materials belong to 239 Ventures or its licensors. These terms grant only a limited license to use the service.
8. Availability
We work to keep the service available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, security risk, non-payment, or legal requirement. You may delete your account in settings when there is no active subscription.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is,” and 239 Ventures is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or third-party failures. Total liability related to the service is limited to the amount you paid Mneeemo in the 12 months before the event, unless law requires otherwise.
